Welcome to the online discussion forum for Council's Draft Budget 2011 – 2012 (also known as the Draft Strategic Community Plan 2011). Opposite you will find some documents that you may wish to read and also some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) that explain how to get involved and provide further explanation to some questions that you might have.

Below we have entered some questions that you may wish to respond to. All comments made by members of the public on these pages will be available for anybody else to view, however, you can remain anonymous when signing up to join the discussion forum.
Council Officers will take account of key messages coming out of the discussion forum when they prepare a final version of the budget. Online formal submissions have also closed. Thank you
