  • Meriton Site B - VPA Amendment

    Due to an administrative error, the draft amendments to the Meriton Voluntary Planning Agreement will be re-exhibited for 28 days. The only change is that an Explanatory Note is being provided for public inspection.

    The proposed changes to the Voluntary Planning Agreement include the transfer of land (in stratum) on Pittwater Rd to Council for a future bus stop and funds of $300,000 being put towards Council’s capital works program.

    The NSW Government has released plans for two new Councils on the Northern Beaches, including Mosman.

    This is your first and final chance to make a submission on the NSW Government’s plan to create two new Councils from parts of Warringah Council and the Warringah Local Government Area. The proposal is that northern Warringah suburbs will join Pittwater Council and southern Warringah suburbs join with Manly and Mosman.
