    Under Section 154 of the Roads Act 1993, Council gives notice of our intention to consider a five year lease to the owner for land adjoining each of the following properties.

  • Proposed Easement - King Street Reserve (Manly Vale)

    In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Warringah Council hereby gives notice of its intention to consider granting an easement to drain water, 1.0 metre wide and approximately 25 metres in length, to the current owner of 50 Sunshine Street, Manly Vale (being Lots 50 & 51 DP 11320) over part of Council land known as King Street Reserve (being Lot 149 DP 11320).
