  • Warringah Fit for the Future - consultation coming soon!

    On 10 September 2014, the NSW Government launched its 'Fit for the Future' program. 'Fit for the Future' is the Government's vision to strengthen local communities, and provide services and infrastructure that communities need, through local government reform.

    In 2015, we will be seeking your input to help shape Warringah's 'Fit for the Future' submission to the NSW Government.

    On 10 September 2014, the NSW Government launched its 'Fit for the Future' program. 'Fit for the Future' is the Government's vision to strengthen local communities, and provide services and infrastructure that communities need, through local government reform.

    We are seeking public submissions to posthumously name sections of the Narrabeen Lagoon Trail.  
    Council has received nominations to name parts of the trail after two dedicated community members: Mr Jim Somerville and Mr Graham Jones.

    We would like your comments on the new draft Policy for the Payment and Reimbursement of Expenses Incurred by, and Provision of Facilities to, the Mayor, Deputy Mayor and Councillors. This Policy sets out what Councillors are able to claim during their term of office, to carry out their civic duties.

    Submissions Close Sunday 4 January 2015.
