  • Hospital Precinct Structure Plan (Frenchs Forest)

    In response to the NSW Government investing significant public infrastructure in Frenchs Forest, Warringah Council applied for funding from the NSW Government to ensure that appropriate consideration was given to the long term planning of the area.
     
    Warringah Council, on behalf of NSW Planning & Environment, is preparing a Precinct Structure Plan for the area around the new Northern Beaches Hospital, to guide future development. Find out more.

  • Easement Notice - Kimbriki Resource Recovery Centre, Kimbriki Road Ingleside

    In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Warringah Council hereby gives notice of its intention to consider granting an easement for water supply with a length of approximately 265 metres over an existing line of water pipes to Sydney Water over part of Council land known as Kimbriki Resource Recovery Centre (being Lot 2 DP 255466). 

    Submissions close 11 August 2014
